1. About the Opportunity:
The Strategy and Operations role serves as an internal consulting and execution function, partnering with leaders across various departments to solve critical business challenges, improve operational performance, and scale strategic initiatives. The position is designed for individuals who excel at navigating ambiguity, building cross-team alignment, and driving projects from concept to implementation, thereby contributing directly to the organization's growth and operational success.
1. Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve important business challenges as an internal consultant and operator
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives for executive leadership
- Manage and scale partnership operations with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor partnership performance and develop scalable growth-supporting processes
- Own key funnel metrics and business performance reporting
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams to improve conversion, adoption, and retention
- Manage strategic initiatives including clinical product enhancements and AI-enabled workflow improvements
- Ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Improve operational metrics across treatment journey and manufacturing workflows
- Use data and experimentation to optimize processes continuously
1. Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or related fields
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills
- Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar tools preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project and program management capabilities
- Results-oriented with a bias for action and ownership
- Experience building scalable processes in fast-paced environments
- Background in healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, operations, or manufacturing is a plus
- High intellectual curiosity and adaptability to dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including internationally
1. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $155,000 - $170,000
- Compensation includes equity and other benefits
