CSuite Financial Partners have been retained by our client, a rapidly growing San Francisco based AI enterprise infrastructure platforming producer, to place a Strategic Finance & Revenue Operations Manager with their expanding team.
This critical role with own the building of the company's entire Revenue Operations function from scratch.

About this role
We are looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance & Revenue Operations with 5-7 years of experience to be our first dedicated finance hire. We need a scrappy, hands-on builder who can thrive in ambiguity and has a background in both top-tier consulting and a high-growth startup. This is a critical, P0 role to build our revenue operations infrastructure from the ground up, reduce operational risk, and free up leadership to focus on more strategic initiatives.
This role is Hybrid in nature, expecatations will be the ability to be in-office 4 days per week in their Jackson Square offices- so location in San Francisco/Palo Alto is required
What will you be doing?
- Own the deal desk and quote-to-cash process, including pricing, contract reviews, and order management for high-value deals.
- Manage the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, improving our tech stack (Stripe, Tabs) and handling complex edge cases.
- Establish and run the collections and A/R management process to improve visibility into credit exposure and manage delayed payments.
- Serve as the internal finance owner for the month-end revenue close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with the VP of Finance on strategic projects like forecasting, modeling, and board materials after establishing core operational processes.

Own deal desk through collections end-to-end while supporting strategic finance on board materials and forecasting. $160-180k base plus equity in the hottest AI infrastructure space.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a finance, RevOps, or BizOps role at a growth- stage technology company
- 1- 3 years at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain (pre- MBA exit). Only exception would be a top tier IB. (must have)
- Experience in an operator role at a high- growth startup (Chief of Staff, Special Projects, Strategy & Ops, BizOps, Strategic Finance). (must have)
- 4+ Years of sustained post- grad work experience. (must have)
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets). (must have)
- Clear written communicator (able to draft board memos, customer collection emails, etc. ) (must have)
- Located in SF / Palo Alto for hybrid work (4 days/week in- office) - strong preference for SF. (must have)
- Experience at a Series B or C stage tech company in the B2B/Enterprise space (avoid B2C companies) (required)
- Direct ownership of a billing system build or revenue recognition policy (complying with ASC 606). (required)
- Experience with billing systems (Stripe, Tabs, Quickbooks. ).
- Demonstrated 'builder' mentality; creates processes from scratch.
