Job Description:
For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Business Performance, Central Strategy & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will sit at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, with ownership of the business performance framework that helps senior leaders understand what is happening across the organization. The person in this position will partner closely with executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes. It is a high-visibility role focused on diagnosing constraints, accelerating key initiatives, and improving decision-making in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation:
$160,000 – $190,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and define critical business performance metrics
- Lead surge projects to diagnose and unblock essential goals
- Translate long-term strategies into actionable operational plans
- Prepare structured materials for executives based on unstructured data
- Identify gaps between market forces and internal execution
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product and data analytics within high-growth technology companies
- Experience in Product Strategy, Management, or GM roles with P&L ownership
- Curiosity about business models and data-driven insights
- Proven track record of driving business growth through analytics
- AI applied for enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency
- Strong product sense and understanding of software product mechanics
- Experience with cross-functional problem-solving and senior stakeholder engagement
