Sr Business Operations Analyst

Overview

This role is based on-site at our Atlantic Station offices in Atlanta.

​

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clinical team leaders and senior administrators to drive entity performance improvement initiatives.
• Scoping projects, developing project plans and assisting with implementing solutions.
• Designing standard reports and dashboards, and developing the analytics solutions for business performance measurement, along with the underlying data models needed.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure that the solutions achieve desired results.

Qualifications:

Education

​

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, healthcare, or a related field Required  
• Masters Degree in Health Systems/Health Administration, Business/Management, Public Health or a related field Preferred  

​

Work Experience

​

• 3 years progressively responsible data analytics or process improvement experience in the healthcare field Required  
•  Experience leading process improvement project or Kaizen events Preferred  
•  Big five Consulting or Epic experience Preferred  
•  Experience in Data Visualization and/or Data Modeling Preferred  
•  Clinical experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

​

•  None Required  
•  Tableau certification Preferred  
•  Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or CPHQ strongly Preferred
