Position Summary
New Breed is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to lead our growing RevOps team. This role is equal parts people leadership, client strategy, and technical execution. You’ll coach a high-performing team of Revenue Operations professionals and serve as a key advisor across complex client engagements, bringing expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and cross-functional go-to-market processes.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of HubSpot implementations, CRM migrations, sales enablement projects, and integrated RevOps solutions, while helping shape the future of our service offerings. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of RevOps strategists
- Lead internal QA processes for deliverables (e.g., workflows, lifecycle definitions, lead scoring, data architecture)
- Collaborate with technical leadership to design ongoing training, certifications, and team enablement plans
Client Strategy & Delivery Oversight
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex client engagements, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Act as a senior advisor and escalation point for key clients
- Translate client business goals into scalable revenue operations strategies and HubSpot solutions
- Participate in client delivery as needed, leading high-impact projects or maintaining a select portfolio of strategic accounts
Operational Excellence & Innovation
- Identify and implement improvements to team processes, delivery efficiency, and client experience
- Support sales and pre-sales efforts through scoping, solutioning, and technical consultation
- Contribute to internal documentation and external thought leadership on RevOps strategy and tooling
Professional Development Milestones
Within 90 Days:
- Complete New Breed onboarding and immerse yourself in our services, tools, and team structure
- Begin managing and mentoring team members while supporting active client projects
- Contribute to internal strategic conversations around service delivery and team performance
Within 6 Months:
- Fully own delivery quality and team outcomes across a defined RevOps service portfolio
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and client success
- Provide leadership in client relationships and represent RevOps in cross-functional internal initiatives
Within 1 Year:
- Shape and scale a high-performing RevOps team aligned to New Breed’s long-term growth goals
- Own strategic initiatives that drive thought leadership, team development, and client retention
- Serve as a key voice in evolving our RevOps offerings and go-to-market strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or CRM systems role, with a deep understanding of HubSpot and Salesforce
- 2+ years of successful people management experience leading teams of 6 or more, including mentorship, performance feedback, and career development
- Proven track record leading complex, client-facing technical projects across marketing, sales, and service operations
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, strategic guidance for clients and internal stakeholders alike
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
Work Environment
This role offers remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements based out of our Burlington, VT headquarters at Hula Lakeside. Team members are expected to work standard business hours aligned to Eastern Time, with occasional flexibility for collaboration.
While travel is not a regular requirement, we create intentional opportunities to participate in company gatherings or work-related events a few times per year.
