As a Senior Recruiting Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying, securing, and onboarding top talent across various roles, ensuring the strength and success of our teams. From skilled professionals to essential frontline workers, your expertise in talent acquisition will drive business growth and operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to apply your strategic approach and creativity, making a lasting impact by building a workforce that aligns with our organizational goals and vision.

How you create impact

  • Plan hiring programs such as email blasts, onsite events, and virtual job fairs
  • Manage requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and automated high-volume hiring event platform
  • Develop partnerships with community resources and local colleges to build brand recognition
  • Use resources and develop sourcing strategies to quickly fill positions with quality candidates
  • Create recruiting kits, plan and set up hiring events, make offers of employment, and ensure candidates are swiftly moved through the pre-hire process
  • Use social media and recruiting tools to market open positions and build a talent pipeline
  • Conduct initial application reviews and phone screen candidates to assess qualifications
  • Cultivate trusted working relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources

What we would like you to bring

  • 2-3 years of experience as a high-volume, full-cycle Recruiter
  • 2-3 years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting-related systems
  • 2-3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment 
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
