Are you passionate about the intersection of employee experience and enterprise automation? We are looking for a strategic Senior Product Manager to own the global PeopleTech roadmap and build the "connective tissue" across our HR, IT, and Security ecosystems.

In this role, you won't just manage systems; you’ll design the future of how we work—leveraging GenAI, modern APIs, and top-tier integration platforms to automate the employee lifecycle from hire to retire.

The Mission

• Own the Vision: Define the strategy for our core People platforms (HRIS, ATS, IAM) and cross-functional workflows with Finance and Security.
• Scale Through Automation: Lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality integrations (Workato/Boomi) to streamline onboarding, provisioning, and data flows.
• Drive Innovation: Champion GenAI-enabled workflows to simplify approvals, document generation, and manager self-service.
• Ensure Excellence: Partner with Security/Compliance (SOX/SOC2) to build reliable, audit-ready systems.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 5–10 years in PM, specifically within PeopleTech or Enterprise Apps.
• Tech-Fluent: Hands-on with Workday, Greenhouse, and Okta. You understand APIs, REST, and event-driven patterns.
• Connector: You speak "HR," "Security," and "Engineering" fluently. You can translate complex compliance needs into pragmatic product designs.
• Impact-Driven: You live for clean data, high SLAs, and reducing manual effort
