Senior Product Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
• Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process from conception to delivery.
• Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Create product reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on product business performance, user engagement, and retention.

Requirements:

​

• Proven work experience as a Product Manager or similar role for 6–10 years.
• Strong experience and skills in product lifecycle management.
• Background in software development and program management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile framework and Scrum methodologies.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage complex datasets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
