Job Description:

Korn Ferry is partnering with a France-based, publicly listed global retail technology company in a search for a senior legal leader to head the legal function across the Americas.

Our client is scaling rapidly in the Americas and expanding beyond electronic shelf labels into a broader retail technology platform that includes IoT, cloud software, AI, computer vision, retail media, and recurring services.

The Role

This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded lawyer who can lead complex commercial transactions with major retailers and strategic enterprise customers while also bringing the breadth to advise on technology, compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and broader business matters. This position reports to the CEO of Americas.

The Candidate

This leader will be a trusted advisor to regional business leadership, manage a lean team, and help build the legal processes and infrastructure needed for the next stage of growth.

We are especially interested in candidates with strong experience in commercial transactions with large retailers, a Tech/SaaS background (required), and the executive leadership presence to operate confidently with a regional executive team in a global, matrixed environment.
