We’re Hiring – Senior Finance & Operations Leader

We’re looking for a high-level operator to join our team at Vintage Havana and help drive the next phase of growth.

​

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both the numbers and the mechanics of a modern apparel business.

​

What you’ll own:

​

• P&L, budgeting, and cash flow*  
• ERP implementation / optimization (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)*  
• EDI integration with major retailers*  
• Factoring relationships and financing strategy*  
• Factory/vendor negotiations (pricing, terms, production)*  
• Financial + operational compliance*  
• Systems, processes, and overall infrastructure

Who you are:

​

• Experienced in apparel / wholesale / consumer goods*  
• Strong in both finance and operations*  
• Comfortable working directly with ownership*  
• A builder who can implement systems—not just maintain them

​

This is a key leadership role inside a growing brand with real scale and opportunity.
