Description

At Reimagined Parking, we believe great people drive great results. That’s why we prioritize our teams, champion a positive culture, and relentlessly pursue excellence.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of Reimagined Parking’s commercial data products.

This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to turn Reimagined Parking’s data, analytics, and insights into differentiated products and services that create measurable value for customers and the business.

The Senior Data Product Manager will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for commercial data products, working closely with customers, business leaders, commercial teams, data engineering, data science, analytics, and software development.

The role combines product management, data strategy, customer discovery, and commercial development. The successful candidate will understand customer problems and market opportunities, translate them into compelling data products, and work cross-functionally to bring those products to market and continuously improve them.

In addition to developing external-facing data products, this role will identify opportunities to leverage data products and analytics to improve Reimagined Parking’s revenue, operational performance, customer experience, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Data Product Strategy

  • Define the vision and strategy for Reimagined Parking’s commercial data product portfolio.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to transform proprietary data, analytics, and insights into products and services that deliver customer and commercial value.
  • Develop product business cases, including target customers, value propositions, use cases, competitive differentiation, revenue potential, and investment requirements.
  • Maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with customer needs, market opportunities, and company strategy.
  • Establish product success metrics and measure customer adoption, engagement, revenue contribution, retention, and other key business outcomes.

Customer & Market Discovery

  • Partner with customers, prospects, sales, marketing, and business leaders to understand customer needs, pain points, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Conduct product discovery to validate customer problems and determine where data can provide meaningful competitive advantage or business value.
  • Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements, use cases, and product opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving expectations for data, analytics, and intelligence products.
  • Establish ongoing customer feedback loops to inform product development and prioritization.

Data Product Development

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and discovery through development, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
  • Translate business and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with data engineering, data science, analytics, software engineering, and technology teams to deliver scalable and reliable data products.
  • Ensure data products are intuitive, actionable, performant, and fit for their intended customer use cases.
  • Balance customer requirements, commercial opportunity, technical feasibility, data availability, and time-to-market when prioritizing product investments.
  • Define and manage product launches, releases, enhancements, and ongoing product improvements.

Data Commercialization & Monetization

  • Identify opportunities to commercialize Reimagined Parking’s data assets through new products, services, insights, APIs, reporting, analytics, and other data-enabled offerings.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to support product positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop compelling product value propositions that clearly articulate the business outcomes customers can achieve.
  • Evaluate opportunities for new revenue streams and expansion within existing customer relationships.
  • Monitor product and market performance to identify opportunities for growth, product expansion, and improved customer value.

Data-Enabled Business Outcomes

  • Identify opportunities to use commercial data products and analytics to improve revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business decision-making.
  • Establish clear business outcomes and KPIs for data products and measure value delivered after launch.
  • Use product and customer data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Partner with internal business teams to ensure insights generated by data products are translated into actionable decisions and measurable outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary product leader connecting customers, commercial teams, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, customer success, operations, finance, data engineering, data science, analytics, and software development.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional product teams through discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and optimization.
  • Create alignment around product priorities while effectively managing competing stakeholder needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
