Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Remote (US)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $130,000-$160,000 base + performance bonus

A rapidly growing healthcare technology company that provides the infrastructure and operational support behind a portfolio of innovative healthcare and wellness brands is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join them in a brand-new opening.

About the Company:

This is a high-growth SaaS business with strong market demand, an expanding customer base, and ambitious growth plans, and as such they are investing in the systems, processes, and infrastructure that will support the next stage of scale. As their commercial organization grows, they’re looking for the first dedicated Revenue Operations leader to build the foundation that enables predictable, data-driven growth.

The Opportunity:

This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and will own the systems, processes, reporting, and analytics that power the company's revenue engine. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Operations to improve visibility across the funnel, strengthen forecasting accuracy, optimize lead management, and ensure commercial teams have the infrastructure they need to perform at their best.

This is a highly strategic, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys building from the ground up, creating scalable processes, and turning data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize HubSpot as the central source of truth across sales and marketing operations, including lifecycle stages, pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data governance.
  • Build and maintain forecasting frameworks, pipeline reporting, and conversion analytics to improve revenue predictability.
  • Develop end-to-end funnel reporting, connecting marketing performance, web analytics, and CRM outcomes to measure revenue impact.
  • Create account-level reporting and insights to support enterprise and strategic account growth initiatives.
  • Deliver reporting on acquisition channels, pipeline generation, conversion performance, and return on marketing investment.
  • Partner with Commercial and Finance leadership on compensation planning, territory management, and performance measurement.
  • Oversee integrations and data flow between revenue systems and other business-critical platforms.
  • Document and improve revenue processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related commercial operations role.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering and optimizing HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Proven experience building reporting, attribution, and forecasting frameworks in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of revenue funnels, pipeline management, lead lifecycle processes, and commercial analytics.
  • Experience working independently and driving initiatives without extensive existing infrastructure.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly + in a newly formed role.

Preferred Experience:

  • Compensation planning, territory design, or sales performance management.
  • Deal desk, pricing operations, or commercial approval processes.
  • Experience within SaaS, healthcare, life sciences, or other complex B2B industries.
  • Track record of automating and scaling operational processes through technology and workflow design.
  • Experience in a start up environment or newly created role, designed to build from scratch.

Why Join?

  • Opportunity to build and shape the Revenue Operations function from the ground up – pure greenfield, no maintenance.
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership and company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Significant influence on forecasting, go-to-market strategy, commercial performance, and business growth.
  • High visibility role with clear opportunities for progression as the company scales.
  • Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
