Revenue Operations Manager
Job Description:
Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup focused on democratizing access to high-quality coaching globally. The Revenue Operations Manager will be the first CRM, operations, and process leader, partnering with marketing, sales, and student success teams to enhance productivity and scalability.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating across teams to improve operational excellence
- Defining and implementing scalable processes
- Managing HubSpot CRM data accuracy
- Leading attribution infrastructure
- Integrating platforms like GTM, GA4, and HubSpot
- Maintaining documentation
- Preparing analyses
- Driving process improvements.
The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong HubSpot CRM knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach. This hybrid role requires presence in the NYC office a few days a week. The position offers a targeted pay range of $100,000-$130,000 including performance bonus, with benefits such as health coverage, equity, and retirement plans.
