Revenue Operations Manager

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking to identify a Revenue Operations Manager to join an organization that is implementing Salesforce as their invoicing solution. This manager will oversee 15+ analysts as well as own the systems, processes through the order delivery process. The Revenue Operations Manager will work hands on with Salesforce to build and optimize workflows and continue to identify opportunity for automation.

Must Haves:

• Background in Revenue Operations or Accounting with medium to large organizations (500M+ revenue)
• 3+ years of people management (8+ people)
• In an organization who has previously implemented Salesforce and helped customize or add new items (example: tax set up flow to revenue)
• Knows the "Order-to Delivery" lifcycle
• Technology saavy and naturally curious (work with technology to build/streamline processes, interest in AI, etc)

Compensation:

$130K to $145K per year annual salary.
