Title:  Revenue Operations Manager

Department:  Revenue Management

Company:  Goodstone Inn & Restaurant

Reports To:  General Manager

Job Summary

Goodstone Inn & Restaurant is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee the systems, processes, reporting, and revenue strategies that support our lodging and event business. This role combines forecasting, pricing strategy, package management, billing oversight, revenue reporting, and operational coordination to help maximize revenue while ensuring accuracy across guest, event, and financial systems.

The Revenue Operations Manager serves as a key partner between Guest Services, Sales, Events, Accounting, and Leadership to ensure rates, packages, billing, reporting, and revenue-related processes are aligned and operating efficiently.

Revenue Strategy & Forecasting

  • Manage rate schedules, seasonal pricing, packages, promotions, and special offers.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts, projections, and performance reports.
  • Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, event revenue, and package performance.
  • Partner with leadership on rate strategy, inventory controls, and revenue goals.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through upselling, packaging, and guest experience enhancements.

Revenue Operations & Systems

  • Maintain accuracy across Maestro, TripleSeat, Silverware, and related reporting systems.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for revenue-related system integrations and posting accuracy.
  • Support Guest Services with Maestro-related posting questions and revenue-impacting issues.
  • Monitor cancellations, modifications, no-shows, and booking trends.

Billing & Financial Accuracy

  • Review event packages, contracts, folios, banquet charges, gratuities, fees, and adjustments for accuracy.
  • Manage folio reconciliation, banquet tip billing, revenue adjustments, and event billing reviews.
  • Prepare daily audit reconciliation reports for the accounting department.
  • Confirm cash and check deposits and coordinate bank deposits.
  • Assist with payment posting reconciliation between systems.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Events to structure profitable packages that support operational execution.
  • Ensure revenue-related communication between Sales, Events, Guest Services, Accounting, and Leadership remains clear and consistent.
  • Support monthly budget and revenue review meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management, hotel operations, reservations, sales operations, event operations, hotel accounting, or revenue analysis.
  • Boutique hotel, luxury hospitality, or event venue experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, rate schedules, packaging, billing accuracy, and revenue reporting.
  • Experience with Maestro preferred.
  • TripleSeat or event management system experience is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Detail-driven, organized, and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Able to communicate clearly across departments.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to catch billing or pricing issues before they become expensive little gremlins.

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • High-impact role tied directly to lodging, events, and guest experience revenue.
  • Opportunity to build a better structure around forecasting, packages, billing, and revenue reporting.
  • Work in a luxury boutique inn setting, not a giant corporate hotel machine.
  • Partner directly with leadership on pricing strategy, event revenue, and business performance.
  • Help connect the dots between Sales, Events, Guest Services, and Accounting.

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced boutique hospitality environment with regular collaboration across Sales, Events, Guest Services, Accounting, and Leadership.

  • Primarily administrative and systems-based, with regular interaction across departments.
  • Uses standard office, hotel, and event systems, including computers, phones, Maestro, TripleSeat, and reporting tools.
  • Requires flexibility to respond to changing business needs, event details, guest requests, and leadership priorities.
  • May occasionally support on-property meetings, event reviews, or operational discussions.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk as needed throughout the workday.
  • Regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to move around the property as needed for meetings or event-related coordination.
  • Clear verbal and written communication required.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not directly supervise employees but works closely with Guest Services, Sales, Events, and Accounting to support revenue accuracy, package execution, and billing consistency.
