Job Description:  

We are a partnered with a growing SaaS company focused on driving operational excellence across their go-to-market engine.  

Role Overview  

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee and optimize sales and marketing operations, with a strong focus on supporting the BDR team. This role ensures that processes, systems, and reporting are optimized for efficiency and visibility, while collaborating across GTM functions to improve funnel performance and pipeline visibility.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Own and optimize sales and marketing operations processes and tools  
  • Support the BDR team with systems, workflows, and metrics  
  • Partner with GTM teams to enhance pipeline visibility and funnel performance  
  • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to inform strategic decisions  

Qualifications  

  • Proven experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations within B2B SaaS  
  • Familiarity with complex, enterprise sales processes and long sales cycles  
  • Strong analytical, operational, and cross-functional collaboration skills  
  • In-depth understanding of leading CRM's (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
