Location: Fully Remote – United States

Overview

Seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale a high-performing GTM engine. This role focuses on designing systems, improving pipeline visibility, and aligning Marketing and Sales through strong operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Operations & Funnel Management  

  • Own lead flow, scoring, routing, and lifecycle management  
  • Improve conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and forecasting accuracy  
  • Establish clear handoffs between Marketing and Sales  

GTM Systems (HubSpot-Centric)  

  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM (workflows, automation, reporting)  
  • Build scalable processes for lead management and pipeline tracking  
  • Maintain integrations and ensure high data quality  

Data Enrichment & Outbound Infrastructure  

  • Leverage tools like Clay, Apollo, or ZoomInfo for enrichment and targeting  
  • Support outbound and ABM workflows with automated data processes  
  • Improve prospecting efficiency and data accuracy  

Process Optimization  

  • Identify bottlenecks across Marketing → Sales funnel  
  • Improve outbound execution, pipeline management, and reporting  
  • Implement automation to increase GTM efficiency  

Reporting & Insights  

  • Build dashboards for pipeline performance and revenue visibility  
  • Track GTM performance and key funnel metrics  
  • Partner with leadership on forecasting and performance analysis  

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations (B2B SaaS preferred)  
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (automation, workflows, reporting)  
  • Experience using Clay for data enrichment and GTM workflows  
  • Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lemlist)  
  • Strong analytical mindset with focus on pipeline and conversion metrics  
  • Experience building scalable GTM systems
