Revenue Operations Lead | New York | AI Project Management Software
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Lead to join an early-stage AI software company that has built a category-defining project management tool for the data centre industry. With serious momentum and a massive addressable market, this is a unique opportunity to shape and scale the RevOps function from the ground up.
As the first RevOps hire, you will own the end-to-end revenue operations process, bringing discipline, structure, and data rigour to an already-performing sales organisation. You’ll work closely with the founders, directly influencing GTM strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and qualification frameworks
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting packs, and VC-ready revenue analytics
- Lead pipeline reviews, deal hygiene, and performance tracking across Sales, Marketing & Customer Success
- Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting and reconciliation
- Own the CRM and enablement tech stack, optimising tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, and BI platforms
- Drive accountability and data-driven decision making across the revenue teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years’ experience in B2B SaaS Sales / Revenue Operations, preferably in Seed to Series B/C stage companies
- Proven track record as the sole or early RevOps hire, building from scratch
- Expert user of HubSpot or Salesforce CRM, SQL/BI tools, Gong, and sales enablement platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership and investors with data
- Assertive, direct communicator who can enforce discipline without adding bureaucracy
- Senior individual contributor mentality, with a path to leadership as the company scales
- Based in NYC preferred; UK remote candidates considered for exceptional talent
