Salary: $115,000-145,000/year

Client/Job Summary:  

Our client is a prestigious law firm that is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their finance team. This individual will play a critical role in taking ownership of the revenue cycle for client accounts. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and gain exposure to various areas of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Own the full revenue cycle including managing WIP and AR.  
• Build strong relationships with clients and meet with partners regularly.  
• Monitor billing and collections and develop plans to ensure timely submissions.  
• Work cross-functionally to resolve issues.  
• Ensure all requests from partners and clients are addressed timely.  
• Contribute to ad hoc and special projects.  

Key Qualifications:  

• 4+ years of relevant experience with the revenue cycle at a law firm.  
• Bachelor's degree.  
• Expertise in Microsoft office, e-billing, and accounting systems.  
• Proven ability to streamline billing processes and excellent communication skills.
