Product Manager
Job Description:
Robinson Group has been retained by a longstanding client to fill a newly created role in a newly created team- a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategy / roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and long-term strategy.
- Manage the new product development pipeline with engineering, ensuring a steady flow of innovative and profitable products.
- Translate strategy into actionable product plans with clear milestones and deliverables. Execution & Product Lifecycle Management.
- Drive product launches and ensure successful commercialization in collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations.
- Monitor product performance (revenue, margins, quality, customer satisfaction) and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Provide inputs to demand forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives around quality, cost, and customer experience.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product decisions reflect end-user needs.
- Partner with sales to support key customer opportunities and provide product expertise.
- Work with operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective positioning, messaging, and collateral.
Your background:
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles in technical or industrial markets.
Strong background in product lifecycle management, ideally with complex engineered products.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Demonstrated ability to analyze markets, build strategies, and drive execution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence across functions with a growth mindset with innovative and continuous improvement orientation.
