About the role:

At Reebelo, we’re on a mission to make sustainable consumption the default choice. As a Product Manager, you’ll build products that shape both sides of our marketplace—creating seamless customer experiences while empowering our partners and vendors to thrive.

You’ll operate at the intersection of growth, marketplace dynamics, and user experience, working closely with a global, cross-functional team—and directly with our founders—to deliver impactful solutions used by millions worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Own and execute product initiatives end-to-end across customer experience, seller experience, and growth—delivering high-impact features with speed and quality  

• Improve the customer journey across discovery, conversion, checkout, and post-purchase to drive engagement, retention, and trust  
• Scale categories and catalog expansion across electronics, fashion, gaming, sports, and more through smart tooling and automation  
• Support strategic partnerships with marketplaces, brands, and telcos—owning product integrations and successful launches across regions  
• Launch new markets—supporting our rapid global expansion  
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and unlock efficiency across teams  
• Stay hands-on—from problem definition and prioritization to shipping, measuring, and iterating

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, marketplace, or e-commerce environment  
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace mechanics  
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for building intuitive, high-impact user experiences  
• Analytical and commercially minded, comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure success  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams  
• Thrives in fast-paced environments—you take ownership, move fast, and treat every problem like it’s yours to solve
