Principal Product Manager (R14014)

Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager (r14014) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available  

Compensation: $173,600 – $277,800 annually

Responsibilities

​

•  Collaborate with leadership to define long-term product strategy  
•  Lead the development of innovative product features enhancing user financial health  
•  Conduct data analysis and user research to understand customer needs  
•  Manage cross-functional teams to build and implement new product features  
•  Mentor junior Product Managers to foster team development  
•  Facilitate communication and alignment across the organization

Qualifications

​

•  8-10+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or financial services  
•  Proven ability to drive product strategy in high-growth environments  
•  Strong analytical skills for data-informed decision making  
•  Demonstrated ability to improve customer financial health  
•  Experience leading cross-functional teams and building consensus  
•  Excellent communication and documentation skills  
•  Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver tangible outcomes
