Principal Product Manager

Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation:

$171,120 – $251,600 annually

Responsibilities

​

•  Develop and communicate product vision and strategy
•  Lead cross-functional teams from planning to launch
•  Understand customer needs and translate into product requirements
•  Define metrics to evaluate product performance
•  Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
•  Mentor junior PMs on product management best practices
•  Conduct data-driven business reviews on product execution

Qualifications

​

•  10+ years in product management (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
•  Track record of successful product launches
•  Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
•  Excellent communication and influencing abilities
•  Technical knowledge in UI/UX design
•  Demonstrated ownership and ability to manage priorities
•  Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
