Job Description:
Our client - a national CPA firm experiencing dynamic growth - are looking for a senior-level professional within a consulting or accounting firm to lead forensic investigations, litigation support engagements, and advise clients on fraud risk and internal controls. This role requires someone who can actively drive business development, manage client relationships, lead engagement teams, and provide expert testimony when needed. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and strong client-facing skills. You’ll also play a key leadership role in the practice, with opportunities to shape strategy, contribute to thought leadership and technology initiatives, and mentor and develop a growing team.
What this Role Offers:
- $275,000 - $350,000 base salary (based on experience)

What this Role Requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- CPA or other applicable professional license
- 10+ years of progressive experience in forensic accounting and/or litigation support
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and building a book of business
- Ability to generate $750K–$1M in net new revenue in year one, scaling to $2M+ by year three
- 5+ years of experience supervising and mentoring teams
- Broad technical expertise in forensic investigations, expert witness services, and fraud risk consulting
- Excellent leadership, client service, and communication skills
The Perfect Candidate Will:
- Lead litigation support engagements and forensic accounting investigations
- Manage all aspects of client relationships, from inception to completion
- Provide expert witness testimony in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Actively pursue business development through networking, marketing, and industry events
- Expand service offerings to existing clients while developing new client relationships
- Mentor, supervise, and train staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee departmental training programs and contribute to professional development initiatives
- Maintain high standards in documentation, reporting, and client deliverables
