About the Opportunity:

The organization builds technology to increase access to the global economy through various foundational teams that support corporate functions such as People, Finance, Counsel, Hardware, Information Security, and Platform Infrastructure Engineering. The People Operations Specialist role supports the Americas Scaled Operations team by managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, improving service delivery, streamlining workflows, and applying automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide global employee lifecycle support by responding to HR inquiries within established service levels.

• Manage onboarding activities including Right to Work verification, I-9 reverification, and coordination.

• Process and maintain employee data accurately in Workday and resolve discrepancies.

• Support mass data changes using EIBs to ensure timely and accurate employee data processing.

• Maintain and improve internal knowledge base for consistent and scalable service delivery.

• Identify operational challenges and contribute to improvement plans.

• Apply an automation-first and AI-aware approach to streamline manual workflows and improve People Operations processes.

• Develop subject matter expertise in assigned programs, policies, or processes.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations supporting employee lifecycle processes in scaled or high-volume environments.

• Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, or similar productivity tools.

• Ability to perform well in fast-paced, operationally complex settings with competing priorities.

• Experience documenting, maintaining, and improving operational processes and knowledge resources.

• High ethical standards and sound judgment handling confidential employee information.

• Collaborative and flexible team player willing to support various tasks and initiatives.

• Broad experience with software tools including operational experience in Workday.

Compensation:

• Market-based pay varies by location.

• U.S. locations categorized into four zones based on cost of labor index.

• Zone A: $33.37 to $50 USD

• Zone B: $31.01 to $46.49 USD

• Zone C: $28.37 to $42.50 USD

• Zone D: $25 to $37.50 USD

• Starting pay determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
