People Operations Lead

Select Companies is looking for a bilingual People Operations Lead (Senior HR Coordinator) to join our growing construction team in Denver, CO.

​

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to grow into an HR Manager role within 2–3 years. You’ll work closely with leadership and field staff to manage payroll, HR compliance, onboarding, and employee relations—all while helping us build scalable systems from the ground up.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 3+ years in payroll/HR, ideally in construction or skilled trades
• Familiar with wage laws, benefits, and HRIS platforms
• Comfortable working with both field and office teams

​
