Payroll Coordinator

Job Description:

I am looking to hire a Payroll Specialist for a reputable manufacturing company here in Kenosha, WI (53144). This role will be a permanent position and is looking to interview immediately!

Pay:

• $60,000 - $70,000k & Benefits

Schedule:

• M-F, 8am – 4:30pm (flexible on start time)

Remote:

• No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of routine payrolls 
• Process and support entity specific multi-state payrolls
• Maintain personnel files
• Process weekly employee terminations, enter new employees, and maintain employer direct deposit information
• Enter employee benefit selections and complete EEOC reporting 
• Analyze, research, and set up all garnishments
• Audit
• Support employees,
• Input and process, employee knowledge of ACA 1095 forms, employee 401k and pension census and audits

Must Have: 

• 3+ years of multistate payroll experience
• Union Payroll experience preferred
