Mission

We’re looking for a highly organized and hands-on Payroll and Finance Operations Specialist to support our growing U.S. operations. Based in our Miami office, you will play a key role in managing payroll, travel and expense processing, bookkeeping, and financial coordination between the U.S. and our global finance team in Israel.

Responsibilities

Payroll:

  • Fully manage and process bi-weekly payroll for 100+ U.S.-based employees
  • Maintain employee records, compensation data, fringe benefits, and PTO balances
  • Handle onboarding and off-boarding in the payroll system
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related questions from employees
  • Ensure full compliance with federal and multi-state payroll laws and tax filings (W-2, 1099)
  • Lead the system transition from Gusto to Rippling, including implementation, configuration, testing, and training

Bookkeeping & Travel:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including vendor bills, credit card expenses, and employee reimbursements
  • Track and reconcile Ramp card transactions, ensuring timely classification and documentation
  • Oversee employee travel and expense submissions, including follow-ups, validation of receipts, and proper allocation in NetSuite
  • Collaborate with the finance team in Israel for monthly close, audits, and reconciliations
  • Maintain up-to-date and audit-ready financial records for U.S. operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. payroll and bookkeeping
  • Proven knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations across multiple states
  • Experience with Rippling and Gusto, including implementation/migration
  • Proficiency in NetSuite (required)
  • Strong familiarity with Ramp and managing corporate credit card expenses
  • Experience in handling travel and employee reimbursements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote leadership
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working in SaaS or high-growth startup environments
  • Familiarity with inter-company workflows and shared services
  • Experience supporting global finance operations

Compensation Range

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
