Job Description
In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of RA GTM programs, industries and strategic account plans working directly with sales to develop and deliver programs that engage partners to align strategies and amplify marketing activation via partners to drive awareness, engagement and demand to increase market share. You will be responsible for marketing plans to recruit and maintain partners active in our ecosystem. You will be driving the execution of marketing campaigns via partners. You will act as the primary marketing contact for SI/EPC and the internal sales team participating in regular team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. You will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager- Americas and have a hybrid schedule working in Weston, FL or Chelmsford, MA or any one of our business locations in the United States.
Your Responsibilities
- Define Marketing strategy and annual plans for SI/EPCs.
- Drive engagements with the Partner team to recruit and activate SI/EPC partners.
- In collaboration with global content and activation teams implement via partners awareness and demand journeys that drive engagement at each stage of the buyer's journey.
- Adopt, and modify if necessary, horizontal and vertical omnichannel demand generation programs for SI/EPC (1:few and scale).
- Work with partners to leverage funding and programs that accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth. key metrics are Marketing Influenced Opportunities (MIO) and Sales qualified leads (SQL), content usage, engagements, campaign activation.
- Track and share results with sales regularly and use data-driven insights to implement improvements that drive performance.
- Integrate product marketing launches into the partner marketing plans as appropriate.
- Portfolio penetration analysis to understand up-sale and cross-sale opportunities to implement campaigns that capture a bigger wallet share with partners.
- Create programs that helps us scale marketing execution via partners.
- Drive engagements with higher executive level CXO and VPs to increase relevance and demand.
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Bachelor's Degree

The Preferred - You Might Also Have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study
- A minimum of 5 years of Partner Marketing experience required.
- Experience creating marketing partner strategies leveraging modern marketing principles including: account based marketing (ABM), marketing automation/nurture programs, intent-based programmatic marketing and the integration of online and offline tactics (events).
- Demonstrated experience in working with sales leaders in driving pipeline and revenue.
- Demonstrated success in marketing roles that are field customer and partner facing.
- Business partnering capability to get alignment with sales organization

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $95,000 - $142,000 with an annual target bonus 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
