Operations Manager – Restoration

Location: Washington Metropolitan Area

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for parking garage restoration and concrete repair projects across the Washington, DC–Baltimore area.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction operations, project management, crew coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and field leadership. Experience with concrete restoration, waterproofing, or structural repair is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction/restoration projects and daily field operations.
• Coordinate crews, schedules, materials, subcontractors, and resources.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, job costs, safety, and quality.
• Resolve field and operational issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with clients, field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and project performance.
• Travel regularly between project sites throughout the DC–Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction operations or project management experience.
• Experience with concrete restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, or similar work preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and project costs.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards; OSHA training is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
