OPERATIONS MANAGER  

Edie Parker is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to support execution, alignment, go-to-market readiness across the business. Founded in 2010, Edie Parker ushers in a new generation of consumers with an irreverent and bold collection of design-forward accessories, handbags, and licensed cannabis products. As the business has scaled rapidly, we are building the operational infrastructure to support growth.  

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented. The Operations Manager role exists to ensure that decisions turn into outcomes, timelines stay on track, and nothing falls through the cracks.

JOB DESCRIPTION  

• Own and maintain the company Working Plan  
• Track cross-functional timelines, milestones, and dependencies across the business  
• Capture and manage follow-ups, action items, and to-do’s arising from leadership decisions  
• Maintain a clear log of decisions, owners, and deadlines  
• Ensure meeting agendas are delivered ahead of meetings, take notes, and distribute recaps with clear action items  
• Proactively follow up with owners to ensure commitments are met  
• Flag execution risks, slippage, or unclear ownership early — before issues escalate  
• Coordinate go-to-market execution across product, marketing, sales, and operations  
• Enforce operating standards (agendas, materials in advance, clear owners and deadlines)  
• Provide concise weekly status updates highlighting what’s on track, at risk, or requires escalation

REQUIREMENTS  

• 4–7 years of experience in operations, project management, or cross-functional execution roles  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable enforcing accountability  
• Strong written communication skills; able to synthesize and clarify information quickly  
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

DETAILS  

• Full-time role  
• Salary range of $90–$115k; full benefits included  
• Remote; must work EST business hours
