Marketing Operations Specialist

About the Opportunity:

The organization is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to bridge technical execution and strategic marketing vision. This role focuses on optimizing global enrollment efforts through marketing technology systems and providing strategic insights to support a mission-driven, student-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a daily power user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and related marketing systems  

• Design, build, test, and launch campaigns in SFMC, including emails, automations, audiences, and journeys  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert campaign goals into scalable, efficient processes  

• Support campaign performance reporting, analysis, and optimization with data-driven insights  

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple cross-functional teams  

• Establish and maintain best practices for segmentation, compliance, and data hygiene  

• Identify and implement process improvements and workflow efficiencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on work with email marketing and automation platforms (SFMC preferred)  

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms  

• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data optimization  

• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with ability to plan, track, and prioritize multiple projects  

• Detail-oriented problem solver with critical thinking and sound judgment  

• Adaptable and flexible to change and innovation

Compensation:

• Hiring range: $70,000 to $82,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education
