POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role oversees the planning and implementation of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and creative teams, the Marketing Lead ensures that all marketing efforts align with the company's goals and resonate with target audiences. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills are key to success in this role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services in collaboration with the sales teams.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events. Serve as the lead on coordinating trade show needs.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Tradeshow Coordination: Identify and make arrangements for trade shows, including booth displays, marketing collateral, and promotional items.
  • Creative Design: Design marketing materials including brochures, website, PowerPoint presentations, booth displays, magazine advertisements, etc.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory of marketing collateral and promotional items. Allocate and reorder as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.

PHYSICAL JOB DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. May need a high level of concentration in a busy area. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Monday through Friday, including travel for events if needed.
