SALARY: $80,000 – $90,000 annually (depending on experience)
BONUS STRUCTURE: Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on lead conversion, email performance, and CRM optimization KPIs.
Role Overview
Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own and optimize our marketing automation and CRM systems during a critical phase of platform migration and growth. This individual will lead the transition from Mailchimp to Salesforce, implement and manage lead nurturing workflows, and develop personalized communications for prospective and existing patients.
This role is pivotal to driving scalable, high-conversion campaigns that align with our clinical expansion and patient acquisition goals. The right candidate will combine technical expertise with strong marketing intuition to build, test, and improve campaigns across the patient journey.
Job Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Lead the migration from Mailchimp to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring a seamless transition with no loss in functionality or performance.
- Develop and manage automated workflows and email sequences tailored to both new patient acquisition and re-engagement of existing patients.
- Own lead segmentation and lifecycle strategy in Salesforce, including CRM hygiene and tagging logic.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create personalized and responsive email templates and nurture journeys.
- Analyze email marketing and automation performance data; recommend testing strategies and ongoing optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.
- Partner with digital, clinical, and operational teams to identify automation opportunities that improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Serve as a go-to Salesforce/marketing automation expert across the marketing team.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot preferred).
- Strong grasp of CRM best practices, segmentation, and lead lifecycle strategy.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing automated email and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting and troubleshooting.
- Experience with performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple automation projects across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare or patient marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
- Salesforce certifications a plus.
