What Will I be Doing?

The Manager, RO Business Operations will ensure financial data is accurately reported to the General Manager and corporate offices for financial statement purposes. They will also oversee all financial and cash handling procedures across property and ensure that they are all in compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Additionally, planning, reporting and analysis processes for entire Hilton Grand Vacations operation as well as assist in annual operation. Additional Responsibilities Include

  • Prepare, review, and analyze all departmental expenses for HOA/Resort Operations and Property Management in accordance with budget and forecast. 
  • Oversee customer care including guests with billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Oversee daily audit/DMRR review to ensure in compliance with policies and procedures 
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner for resort operations team members. 
  • Oversee Accounts Payable including the accuracy of coding, timeliness of processing invoices, and vendor payment research 
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable responsibilities to ensure timeliness of collections including contract knowledge and continuous maintenance of billing and collections. 
  • Assist with analysis of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. 
  • Completion of variance reports for the property required. 
  • Compile and process information for the forecast and budget process. 
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Development, implementation, and monitoring of internal control procedures in all departments.
  • Daily transactions must be in compliance with company policies and procedures. 
  • Complete new projects as assigned by the Senior Business Manager.
  • Assist in our Annual Operating and Capital Expenditure Budget, Monthly Forecasts/Flash, Monthly Financial Results, Monthly Highlight Reports for owners, Monthly End of the Month reports, Quarterly Variance Reports for BOD and monthly reporting based on department efficiency.
  • Assist Sr. Business Manager with preparation of ongoing budgets for new and existing properties, provide support for the Senior Management team with analysis of opportunities to streamline efficiency and improvements in profitability….
  • Assist in annual operation for entire Hilton Grand Vacations operation.
  • Ad Hoc reporting and on-going support for the Finance department and Resort Operations team.
  • Create new reports/templates and Excel modeling
  • Special Project assignments designated by the Senior Business Manager 

What Are We Looking For

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of experience in financial and cash handling procedures and reporting 
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
