About the Opportunity

The Logistics & Customer Operations Specialist supports day-to-day logistics, warehouse fulfillment, and customer operations. This position ensures accurate order fulfillment and timely resolution of logistics-related issues by coordinating among sales, customers, warehouses, freight partners, and internal teams. The role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and enhancing communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order fulfillment through delivery.  

• Support warehouse operations including inventory movements, order fulfillment, shipping, and issue resolution.  

• Follow up on customer issues, shipment delays, and order status inquiries.  

• Collaborate with Sales to address logistics and fulfillment questions and provide updates.  

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and logistics partners.  

• Manage and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.  

• Support PTK registrations and required logistics documentation.  

• Assist with international shipping and trade compliance activities.  

• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve issues.  

• Maintain accurate logistics and customer data; provide reporting as needed.  

• Use Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting logistics and fulfillment activities.  

• Use NetSuite to review orders, inventory, fulfillment, and shipment data.  

• Support process improvements and logistics projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international logistics.  

• Experience with warehouse operations and customer fulfillment.  

• Strong customer service and communication skills.  

• Ability to work directly with Sales and respond promptly to inquiries.  

• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.  

• Proficiency in Excel including data handling, filtering, sorting, and basic reporting.  

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.  

• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.  

• Knowledge of international shipping and trade compliance.  

• Experience with freight forwarders and 3PL/warehouse providers.  

• Background in technology, electronics, or related product environments.  

• Experience in reporting and logistics analytics.  

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
