1. About the Opportunity:

The Lead, AI Product Operations role serves as the operational backbone of the product organization, reporting to the VP of Product Management. This position is responsible for designing and managing the systems and processes that enable product teams to operate efficiently and clearly, from discovery to market launch. The role leads the AI enablement agenda within the product organization, ensuring effective use of AI tools across the product development lifecycle. The position also owns new product introductions, coordinating cross-functional readiness to deliver products and features reliably. The role is strategic and operational, focused on building infrastructure to support high performance and scaling of the product organization.

1. Responsibilities:

• Manage and evolve the product operating model, including planning cadences, team rituals, documentation, and tooling.

• Design and implement scalable product management processes and workflows.

• Coordinate schedules around planning, execution, and communication activities such as sprint planning and roadmap reviews.

• Monitor and improve product organization health metrics including delivery predictability and cross-functional alignment.

• Identify and resolve operational friction points, creating scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to improve handoffs and reduce rework.

• Define and execute the AI enablement strategy across tooling, workflows, training, and adoption measurement.

• Promote AI-native practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Manage the AI tool stack, evaluating new tools with structured frameworks.

• Track AI adoption progress and address gaps with targeted programs.

• Develop playbooks, templates, and training to support responsible and effective AI use.

• Build and deploy AI-powered product capabilities or internal tools that demonstrate AI possibilities.

• Stay informed of AI tools and practices and communicate insights to the team.

• Develop and maintain product analytics dashboards and reporting systems.

• Analyze product data and user feedback to provide actionable insights.

• Ensure proper tracking and data quality with data and engineering teams.

• Support decision-making through market research and competitive analysis.

• Lead end-to-end new product introduction processes, including readiness reviews and launch coordination.

• Maintain NPI frameworks, launch checklists, and go/no-go criteria.

• Drive cross-functional launch readiness involving Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue teams.

1. Requirements:

• Experience in product operations with a focus on process design and organizational scaling.

• Familiarity with AI tools and their application within product development lifecycles.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to design and implement operational frameworks and rituals.

• Analytical skills for managing and interpreting product and adoption metrics.

• Experience managing new product introduction processes and cross-team coordination.
