HR Communications Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Change Management Communications Specialist to lead and elevate our Client's change management efforts!
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management plans that support organizational transformation, ensuring alignment with HR goals and enhancing the employee experience.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of change management and communication efforts, leveraging strong project management skills to ensure seamless execution across HR initiatives while maintaining project timelines and achieving desired outcomes.
- Design and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with HR and organizational goals.
- Write material for HR leadership, advising on messaging for key initiatives such as DEI, talent development, performance management, and organizational change.
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely, relevant, and consistent communication across the employee lifecycle.
- Support crisis communication and sensitive messaging with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, project management or internal HR communications, preferably in a mid-to-large organization.
- Proven ability to lead communication strategy and execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of tone, voice, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and employee engagement best practices.
Hourly Rate Range: $45.00 - $62.00
