Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Foundation team.
- Help run our EOS rhythm and turn our One Plan into clear priorities.
- Oversee firm operations and lead HR at a high level.
- Build energy and connection across all our offices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operations leadership (5+ leading teams across HR, finance, or operations).
- Record of building accountable, high-trust teams.
- Systems mindset.
- Bachelor's required; MBA preferred. EOS experience is a plus.
