Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Operations for a full-time hybrid position located in Orlando, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The Head of Operations will oversee and streamline business operations, develop and implement organizational strategies, and manage resources to achieve organizational goals. This individual will be responsible for coordinating cross-departmental processes, optimizing workflow efficiency, supervising teams, managing budgets, and providing regular reports and analysis. Collaboration with leadership will be essential to drive strategic initiatives and maintain operational excellence.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and strategic planning.
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights.
• Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and motivating teams to achieve objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration and reporting.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with technology-driven industries is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
