We’re lean, fast, and growth-obsessed. We’re now hiring a Head of Delivery & Ops to lead execution across all service verticals and build scalable internal systems.

Role Summary
You will lead delivery across all accounts — marketing, recruiting, and tech — while designing internal processes that reduce chaos and improve speed, quality, and margins.
You’ll manage execution for automation workflows, AI agents, paid ad funnels, recruiting systems, landing pages, and more. You’ll work directly with the CEO and strategists to translate scope into outcomes and build the systems that let us scale to 100+ clients without bloat.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee delivery across all verticals: marketing ops, tech builds, recruiting funnels, and automation
• Turn scopes and sales proposals into actionable execution plans
• Coordinate internal and external teams (media buyers, developers, recruiters, designers)
• Build delivery systems using Slack, Jira, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
• Own quality assurance across all deliverables
• Architect and maintain SOPs, internal dashboards, and process documentation
• Track and report on client margin, delivery timelines, and success metrics
• Assist with capacity planning and resource allocation for new projects
• Identify where AI and automation can reduce manual ops across services

Required Experience
• 4+ years in a digital agency, productized service, or operations-heavy service business
• Experience managing delivery across multiple verticals (e.g. marketing, recruiting, automation, AI, web builds)
• Strong command of project management in Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms
• Experience coordinating cross-functional remote teams and contractors
• Ability to work directly with founders and senior strategists with minimal hand-holding
• Clear written communication and a process-oriented mindset

Bonus Experience (Not Required but Strongly Preferred)
• Exposure to High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
• Understanding of B2B attribution, call tracking, and funnel optimization
• Built or deployed AI tools (voice/chat agents, GPT workflows, etc.)
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or recruitment marketing
• Background in SaaS implementation, WordPress, or API-based tech projects
