The Team You’ll Join
The Financial Systems team at Envestnet plays a critical role in powering the technology behind the company’s finance operations, building and enhancing the systems that support reporting, reconciliation, and the close process. Partnering closely with Finance stakeholders, the team develops integrations, dashboards, and automation within Oracle Fusion to ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient financial data flow across the organization. By combining deep technical expertise with business insight, they drive continuous improvement in how financial processes are executed—making it an exciting space for those who enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of finance and technology.
How You’ll Contribute
Responsible for design, development, support and optimization of Envestnet’s critical software programs that power wealth management, data aggregation and operational workflows. Ensures applications are highly available, secure and compliant with company and regulatory standards, while meeting the needs of advisors, clients and internal teams. Manages integrations, monitors performance and ensures effective incident resolution. Ensures applications are scalable, efficient and resilient.
- Collaborates with allied teams (Architecture, Engineering, Technical Operations and Quality) to develop detailed application implementation solutions.
- Architects, develops, builds and implements highly secure, compliant, resilient, cost effective and high performing solutions.
- Develops, builds, configures, customizes, integrates and tests solutions.
- Investigates opportunities to use new and emerging technologies.
- Develops and delivers key reporting metrics and insights related to the cost and utilization of enterprise applications.
- Ensures application of standard operating procedures for development, deployment, support, break-fix and systems management.
- Collaborates with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve escalated client operations, production, integration or application issues.
- Coordinates operational support activities across the Financial Systems application portfolio, ensuring requests, incidents, and enhancement efforts are appropriately prioritized, assigned, and tracked to resolution.
- Maintains governance processes for intake, ticket management, documentation standards, application ownership, and operational reporting to improve visibility, accountability, and service delivery.
- Partners with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, IT, Internal Controls, vendors, and application owners to facilitate issue escalation, support production operations, and drive cross-functional coordination.
- Oversees operational controls, including access reviews, audit and compliance support, release calendars, and critical milestone tracking to ensure business continuity and process effectiveness.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
- Experience coordinating production support across multiple applications or business functions.
- Experience with JIRA Service Management, ServiceNow, or a comparable ticketing platform.
- Experience working directly with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting access/security workflows, audit requests, control deadlines, or user access reviews.
- Experience maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, ownership matrices, or support procedures.
- Strong triage instincts — able to quickly separate what's urgent, business-critical, close- or audit-sensitive, or a security issue from a routine enhancement.
- Comfortable holding application owners accountable without being their direct manager.

- SOX controls or segregation-of-duties experience.
- Finance systems patch/release coordination experience.
- SharePoint or similar documentation-management experience.

Our Investment in You
This role offers a base salary range of $114,500 to $143,110. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
