Finance Operations Director

Our client is a global alternative asset manager with over $750 billion in AUM with a focus on renewable power, infrastructure, private equity, and real estate. The Finance Operations Director will be involved in both accounting and fund operations roles for the firm.

Responsibilities

​

• Review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage the external audit and tax reporting processes
• Oversee the fund’s operations and credit facility maintenance
• Oversee and manage third-party fund administrator
• Prepare and analyze funds financial data and operating metrics for quarterly review presentations
• Prepare forecasted and projected financials, strategic initiatives, and industry cycle overview
• Monitor liquidity and assess capital needs
• Manage investor capital calls and distributions

Requirements

​

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 9-12 years of experience within public and private accounting
• Fund accounting and real estate experience required
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and financial reporting technical skills
• Experience managing staff through large projects
• Experience with financial systems

Salary Range

​

$160,000-$190,000
