This is a lean, highly autonomous central execution role. Positioned at the intersection of corporate finance, commercial deal-making, and operational scaling, the seat serves as the core analytical backbone ensuring the business runs cleanly and scales unit economics efficiently.

Key Execution Focus

• Strategic Modeling & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and evolve master financial models, driving multi-scenario forecasting, long-term runway planning, and executive reporting.
• Commercial & Margin Strategy: Analyze product usage, unit economics, and contract structures to optimize gross margins, design pricing frameworks, and evaluate strategic distribution partnerships.
• Operational & Data Tooling: Translate complex performance metrics into custom operational dashboards and analytical tools that empower cross-functional teams to execute in real time.
• Scalable Systems Architecture: Audit unstructured cross-functional workflows, implementing cleaner processes and automated finance systems to eliminate friction as the platform grows.

The Archetype

• The Foundation: 5+ years of total experience, starting with an elite foundation in investment banking, consulting, or quantitative finance, followed by strategic finance or bizops ownership in a high-growth startup environment.
• The Analytical Operator: Exceptional financial modeling capability paired with strong data manipulation skills and comfort working across modern financial systems. Exposure to B2B tech, fintech, or transaction-heavy platforms is a major plus.
• The Resourceful Builder: Thrives in high-autonomy environments. You operate with total ownership, identifying structural bottlenecks, structuring the solution, and shipping it independently.
