⚡ Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead full-site manufacturing operations. Reporting to the General Manager and managing 4-5 direct reports, this role is responsible for driving production performance, cost control, process optimization, and team development. The ideal candidate brings automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience, with strong continuous improvement and 5S expertise.

⚡ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day plant operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement, and 5S initiatives across the site
• Manage cross-functional leaders across production, supply chain, and support functions
• Oversee budgeting, operational KPIs, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
• Strengthen supplier, vendor, and customer processes to improve efficiency

⚡ Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Director, Plant Manager, or similar
• Automotive or high-volume manufacturing background strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success leading CI/Lean/5S programs
• Strong financial and data-driven decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
