Director of Operations

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• 5-7 years of experience in a Senior Leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen, P&L management experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA degree
• Lean Six Sigma certification

The Director of Operations will have full P&L responsibility for the operation. Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, and delivering results on behalf of the organization.

• Champion safety, quality, continuous improvement, and sustainability across all operations.
• Build and develop future leaders within the organization. Lead a large headcount within a highly automated environment.
