Position Overview

​

We are seeking a senior Director of Finance Operations to lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function as part of a large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation.

​

This role will serve as the Global Process Owner for Source-to-Pay, responsible for driving process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across procurement and accounts payable in a post–go-live environment.

Key Responsibilities

​

​

• Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across procurement and accounts payable
• Establish and maintain process governance, KPIs, and SLAs
• Drive global standardization, efficiency, and automation initiatives
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT leadership to align on process strategy
• Lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

​

​

• Proven experience owning Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay processes
• Demonstrated leadership across both Accounts Payable and Procurement
• Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives (Oracle Cloud preferred)
• Strong background in process governance, performance metrics, and operational improvement
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership teams
