Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team!

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid Schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)  

Pay: $63-68/hour W2  

Please note this role is not open on C2C or to third-parties.

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Create compelling content, messaging, and emails for various purposes (e.g., newsletters, product announcements).  
  • Work closely with Product teams, manage A/B testing, and build email templates, nurture flows, and landing pages.
  • Ensure all emails adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices.  
  • Maintain accurate customer email lists, secure approvals, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay informed on regulations.
  • Personalize content to increase engagement and relevance, leveraging data and insights for optimal targeting.
  • Monitor key email metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and web metrics (e.g., landing page views).  
  • Generate performance reports, identify improvements, and present to stakeholders.

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience with email marketing, consumer marketing, copywriting, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or BenchmarkONE.
  • Experience marketing to end-consumers of products and solutions.
  • Experience writing marketing copy and building consumer-facing emails.
  • Experience working with web content management systems (CMS) to add and edit content.
  • Experience working with marketing analytics platforms, including email and web metrics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of email best practices (A/B testing, deliverability).
