Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize GEO/SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across channels: Paid Social (LinkedIn), Google Ads (SEM), and Email/SMS Marketing.
• Create, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
• Write engaging copy and collaborate with graphic designer to create high-converting ad creatives.
• Prequalify and nurture leads generated through digital channels to support the sales team.
• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring functionality and user experience.
• Execute A/B tests on product pages, collections, and the checkout process to maximize conversion rates.
• Build and segment email/SMS lists; develop and automate lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase nurture).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing or related field of study preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a combined digital marketing and e-commerce role
• Proven experience in GEO/SEO, SEM, and digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform (preferred)
• Demonstrable experience running and optimizing paid social media ads (LinkedIn is a must)
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Experience with Salesforce marketing Cloud
