About the Role

Milliman is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator for its MarTech team. This versatile role supports website page building, CRM users and data, outbound marketing execution, and ongoing process improvements while managing multiple priorities, details, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Publish consultant biographies and photographs through SharePoint and Sitecore.
  • Build and maintain web pages across language versions, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
  • Coordinate product, solution, and event campaign page updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor website accessibility and quality-assurance issues through Siteimprove and address identified items.
  • Handle CRM relationship reassignments, user-license setup, basic troubleshooting, inquiries, and support coordination.
  • Monitor CRM data quality and document product bugs for the product manager.
  • Manage inquiries sent to the MarCom team mailbox and provide clear, timely responses to clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Maintain process documentation, recommend workflow improvements, and support email setup, quality assurance, and list creation.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • CMS experience, preferably with Sitecore.
  • Website analytics experience using Siteimprove, SEMrush, or other analytics and keyword tools.
  • Familiarity with front-end website code and libraries, including HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with, or an interest in learning, Microsoft Dynamics and ClickDimensions.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of website accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to ambiguous work.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Overall salary range: $71,700-$131,905.
  • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia: $82,455-$131,905.
  • All other locations: $71,700-$114,700.
